# Begin a shared conversation

A community working sheet

MRIA working template · 23 September 2026 · Formation grammar update

Participation is voluntary. Ask before recording or sharing someone’s words. This conversation guide does not replace crisis support or sacred human presence.

## WHERE · Make room

What shared question brings you together? Who is affected, and who can decide how the conversation takes place?

My notes:

________________________________

## WHO · Hear the people involved

Whose voice has been missing? Let each person describe their own experience. Make passing or declining possible.

My notes:

________________________________

## WHAT · Share responsibility

What can be held together? What differences should remain? Name responsibilities without assigning a person a role they have not chosen.

My notes:

________________________________

## MOVEMENT · Open a way toward encounter

What movement toward another person or perspective could open a shared way forward? Ask what consent, access, and support would make that encounter possible. No one has to speak before they are ready.

My notes:

________________________________

## EMBODIED EVENT · Try one action

Choose one small practice together. Name who agrees to take part and what support they need. Do not promise a transformation or deadline for another person.

My notes:

________________________________

## RETURN · Listen again

Agree when to revisit the practical arrangement, not when a person must change. What did the action make possible? Who needs to be heard next?

My notes:
